Training Plan

Built around your personal goals, we will design a personalised training plan for you, The training plan will also be based on your fitness level and experience.

The Training Plan will include:

  • 2-5 workout plans that will cover a full training week program. ( the amount of workout plans you receive is dependant on your availability to train )
  • An demonstration of the correct way to carry out each exercise ( the equipment, which you have access to will also be taken into account)
  • Full support via voice call, video call, email or text for the duration of your 6 week training program.
