Based on the photos provided by you we will analyse your physique and help you choose a category to compete in which suits you best.

We will then estimate a realistic time frame for you to compete in.

This will also include the following:

  • Macronutrient and calorie intake for each meal.
  • Sample meal plan to give you a better understanding of how to count your macros.
  • Complete supplementation plan based on your blood test results.
  • Personalised training program, presented at a 1 to 1 training session. If you are unavailable to attend this session, a video will be sent out to you demonstrating all of the exercises.
  • Weekly check ins. You can send your photos and/or thoughts and we will make any necessary changes to your program based on those.
  • Personalised Peak Week plan
  • Backstage support
  • Professional assistance and guidance in perfecting your stage image.
  • Posing lessons available ( separate charge )
