Once you book your coaching plan fill in the application form, we will contact you for more details.
Based on all of the in the information and photos provided, we will design a personalised program for you.
This will include the following:
- Macronutrient and calorie intake for each meal
- Sample meal plan to give you a better understanding of how to count your macros.
- Complete supplementation plan based on your blood test results.
- Personalised training program, presented at a 1 to 1 training session. If you are unavailable to attend this session, a video will be sent out to you demonstrating all of the exercises.
- Weekly check ins. You can send your photos and/or thoughts and we will make any necessary changes to your program based on those.
- 24 hour availability.
